Toddlin’ into 18 Months!
It’s hard to believe, but we’ve got a full blown toddler on our hands.
We may be biased, but our little Yolande is just a dream. She’s enamored by trash trucks, fans and of course, doggies. She’s taken her first cross-country trip to meet friends and family in Detroit, she’s taken to the water like a fish, and even took her first merry-go-round ride!
She loves her baby dolls, she loves to feed us and her buddies (and then snatch it back for herself - psyche!), and has started a love affair with crayons… on the floor, on the table… we’ll get to the paper eventually.
Yolande, Alfred and Jen also lost a few incredibly special people in our lives over the past three months. We are so blessed that Yolande had a chance to know Grampie Jim and his kissies - the love they shared will live in our hearts forever. And little Yoyo will always have the great priveledge of having “Strong Like Bull” Uncle Denny in her life, who left us way too soon and leaves an amazing legacy of love, kindness and strength. We love you Grandma Mary and Nonnie Mary Pat!
Most importantly, she’s the sweetest girl who always has kisses for her bunnies, who holds onto our hands so tightly, and lights up any room she’s in. We’re the luckiest.
